In addition to our standard home inspection we offer several optional services. Clicking on each item will take you to a page that describes that option.
- Radon testing
- Radon test kit (do-it-yourself)
- Carbon monoxide testing
- Pressure testing winterized plumbing
- Detached buildings inspected
Detached buildings are not included in our base pricing. Since a detached building can be a simple garage to a separate residence to a barn there are different prices for different types of detached buildings. Please see our price list for details.
- Multiple furnaces
When a home has more than one furnace it takes extra time to inspect. Therefore we do charge a small additional fee to inspect additional furnaces. See the price list for details.
